Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

If your order is beyond the 30-day window but falls within our 1-year warranty period and you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us at service@dovety.com.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at service@dovety.com.
